I applied for my study permit for September intake from non SDS country so my application is under non SDS

My visa was rejected due to low annual income.

My parents annual income (12000cad) is lower than my applied course tuition fees. 18000cad per annum

I have enough funds for tution fees and living costs. I have 130k Cad in Bank which is 6months + matured we sold our land and kept this money and we have all documents for land sale

In this case how can I justify or explain his annual income and funding for reapplication.

Thanks in advance

Yes you can but get it CA certified so that it will have a good standing. Also make sure that you can prove that its yours. That means anybody who can claim that money need to sign a letter that its a gift to you and that they will not ask for it. And get it notarized.

Its in our bank account. And last time i did CA also. But in GCMS they mentioned my parents has low income. So what should i do now please suggest

Yes i had all of these money in in different banks and post office FDR. They give reason annual income is lower than tuition fees

Hmm....this is sad. Then I suggest getting a loan from SBI and show that you have secured loan for the entire expense till the end date. Else I suggest get your app corrected by a registered consultant, maybe they can find out what is the issue. It will cost but it will save you time.
