Hey everyone!

I am filling out my parents' sponsorship forms for PR. They already have a supervisa, so they already have a UCI. The issue is that the UCI on their biometrics letter for supervisa is too long - it's T-followed by 12 numbers.

This is too long for the forms, I think they expect an 8-number UCI.

Anyone else run into the same issue?

Thank you!

Just leave it blank. You don't need to put a UCI.

Your question has been already replied to. What more info do you want on that? If it does not fit simply leave it.
I know it has been replied to, but I was just asking if anyone else had the same issue.
Put yourself in the same shoes as someone working for their parents' future and then maybe it would make more sense.

This is what I found about UCI from cic site:
  • four numbers, a hyphen and four more numbers (Example: 0000-0000) or
  • two numbers, a hyphen, four numbers, a hyphen and four more numbers (Example: 00-0000-0000)

I believe the long "UCI" you found on your parents' supervisa is NOT their UCI. (My guess that's their application number or visa "foil" number)

So, leave it blank.
