Hi Seniors,

On one of the application form under FSW,there is a question regarding information about serious disease and physical and mental disability to be filled out. Is it needed to specify the condition as applicant do have some form of mild physical disability or should that be checked as 'no'?

Answer yes or no to each question as applicable. When the answer is YES, an explanation is necessary. If there is a mild disability the answer should be YES. But the condition can be explained.

it's always better to be over cautious and divulge too much information as if it's found out later on that there is an issue, you could be found to have misrepresented yourself and get into some serious trouble. Since 'serious disability' is pretty generic, list the condition and give the explanation and let CIC decide how serious it is.

Hi,

I thank you for your opinion. Do they reject right now without processing further If I disclose my disabling condition even it is not too serious? I know that I can pass medical examination as some applicants who have condition like myself have received Canadian PR.
