When you register for the program, you need to have one of the following documents to be eligible:
1. a confirmation of permanent residence letter or PR card

3. a medical notification/security notification letter
4. a Canadian visa (but have not landed in Canada yet)
Anyone planning to work in the country should take these courses but you have to take it before arriving in Canada.
