Hello all, how you are well.
i am the only american citizen in my family living in america the rest of my family are all canadian citizens. I am an adult and wondering if there is a way for me to be able to go and join my family asides from a visitor visa.
im looking to be able to work. Can i do a family sponsorship wither from my parents or my siblings?
or what are my options

How old are you? Do you have a professional degree (accounting, engineer, doctor etc.)? You can immigrate through Express Entry based on your age, education, experience, language skills and funds. Study in Canada. Get a LMIA (very difficult with changes) with Canadian employer proving they cannot hire anyone with your skills and education. If you are under 22, your parents would have sponsored you and included you in their applications. Siblings cannot sponsor you.

To work in Canada , look into NAFTA provisions. I believe in many cases no LMIA needed.

Technically CUSMA now. No longer NAFTA if someone is trying to google the occupation list.

The question does not match the trend of the OP's post history. A lot of the OP's posts are 'asking for a friend' questions and would seem to suggest that he/she is already in Canada. The OP could be a consultant seeking free help for their clients, or the account has been hijacked
