Ambiguous instructions

Hi,

There are some cases where I'm confused about the instructions on whether I, the sponsor, should fill a specific form or section. When it says: "The principal applicant and all family members included in the application..."

Q: Am I included in the application If I am the sponsor (A Canadian citizen)?

For example in form 5562e section 2b, do I need to list my travels in the last 10 years?
Another example: Form 5669e states at the top: "The principal applicant, his or her spouse...listed in the application for permanent residence must complete their own copy of this form" Do I need to fill the form?
