Hi,

Food and beverage management and/or Tourism and Hospitality management is very different from CULINARY field.
Food and beverage management and/or Tourism and Hospitality management deals mainly with the service, maintenance and management part of the hospitality industry... while the CULINARY field exclusively deals with the COOKING -BAKING part.

Remember.. CULINARY field is exclusively classified as a SKILLED trade in Canada as per NOC classification. Under culinary field... You can choose to be a Cook (later with experience Chef etc.) OR go for a Baking diploma/ certificate and become a Baker. Or you may choose a diploma giving hands on skilled training in both cooking and baking.

So... You must look for courses related to CULINARY filed such as : culinary art/culinary management / culinary skill/ professional cooking / professional baker etc.

NAIT, SAIT and Lethbridge College all offer diplomas in CULINARY field as mentioned previously.
