I am Masters in Microbiology from India and would like to further my education in Canada. What would I need to go into Nursing or Dental Hygiene. What are the dates of admissions that I could apply to and how much before I need to apply.

Are you sure if there is any "connection" between Master in Microbiology and Nursing/Dental hygiene ?

I am sorry to say, it could be a clear cut rejection of your visa.

The reason I wanted to pursue these fields was because I have some relatives who are in medical field and my education in the dental hygiene would enable me in employment to join them.

It's clearly not a reason which you would like to use for your visa purpose. You better search courses related to your prior studies.
