Am I qualified?

Hello guys!

I hope there is someone who could see my post. I just really want to work in canada but I have no idea if I am qualified. I am Filipino and currently working in Dubai as a caregiver. I have been working in a nursing home for almost 8 years now. I am just holding a highschool diploma and a caregiver certificate, can anyone tell if i am elligible to go in canada?
