Need a bit more information than this but for January possibly unlikely to get an offer and a study permit approved in time but nobody here can really do more than speculate
It is probably too late as most classes deadline for Jan 2020 has already passed. Try May 2020 or look for school that is still accepting for January 2020, but it will take time to get offer letter and study permit.
