I passed My 12th Exam in year 2016 then i did Bechlor course in engineering till second year in year 2018 then i left my study due to certain financial reasons. Now I wish to pursue bachelor course in engineering in Canada from the beginning. I want to know weather I am eligible for getting an admission in any of the universities in Canada or not. My 12th overall percentage is 48.96%. I am confident enough to score above 8 bands in IELTS as my lingual English is strong enough. Please help me and look forward for a guidence required as per my situation.

I would recommend you complete additional schooling in your home country and achieve strong marks before applying to study in Canada. You didn't complete your Bachelor degree and your 12th percentage is very low. It's quite likely you will have issues being approved for a study permit since CIC will have concerns you aren't a genuine / serious student based on your previous studies and grades.

But I don't want to pursue my bachelor's degree in my home country as I don't like the study pattern of my home country. Which i realised in the 2nd year of my bachelor's. Aren't there any chances of me getting admission over there?
Should I not even try for it? I would prefer the study patterns of CANADA a lot more then India. And I don't have any intensions of wasting anymore of my life's precious time. Grade's come with a level of interest right. That interest will surely be achieved in canada.

So if for certain financial reasons you abandoned your original course did something major happen where now you can pay international fees in Canada of at least 18000 CDN plus 10000 CDN living per year. This as well as what Scylla mentions will need to be convincing for any visa officer to approve a study permit.

Ultimately is up to you to decide , apply to a university to get an offer and apply for a study permit given all anyone can do here is give you input/ assumptions, nobody here works for or can influence immigration decisions.

You can certainly try applying for a study permit. You will need to address the fact that you were unable to complete your bachelor and also your low 12th year marks.

Grades come out of working hard and studying.

Have you been admitted to a program in Canada yet? Have you found a school that will admit you into an Engineering program with your background? Bachelors in engineering tend to be quite competitive here.

Including 10000 CND for my yearly expense.

So you are able to spend $30K per year - yes? $20K for your studies and $10K for living expenses.

No I haven't been admitted to any of such programs. I am confident enough to score well. Someone works hard for something he is interested in right. I have analysed the study patterns of Canada and I assure it has a vast difference from the study patterns over here. As I would prefer the candian education format with my closed eyes I am confident enough to score well if I get admission, as I would love to work hard and study to achieve the best grades, but specified the study format shall be the one I am interested in, and Canada would offer me the same.

Currently financials is not a great concern for me. I can afford 30000 CND OR ABOVE annually.

They you're in good shape financially.

Have you been accepted into a program already or have you found one that will accept your academic profile? Again, engineering is very competitive here.

What do you mean to score well? Do you mean IELTS? Schools don't admit you just based on your IELTS scores. Your past academics play a critical role in this as well - they are more important than IELTS. You need to find a school that will admit you based on your past academics. That's your next step.

No I didn't mean IELTS, all I meant is if I am approved for any of the universities in Canada I can assure to achieve the best grades ahead in the bachelor course I would pursue in Canada.

Again, your next step is to apply and be admitted into a program. You need to focus on that first. Whether you are admitted into a university will depend on your past academics. What grades you may get in the future are irrelevant.

Please guide me with a way other than me completing my additional education in my home country. As I wish to invest the rest of my life's time working hard for something that is worth it.
