Dear sir, thanks for reading my question. :)

I'm an international student who is studying information tech diploma program.
I will be graduating this June.

One thing I was thinking while i was reading BC PNP(EE,for international student) and just EE description is that,
if I'm eligible to apply one of them.

1. I been working at tech company for two years in Canada while i'm studying my diploma.
2. It was part time during the semester and it was full time during summer vacation.
3. My role is "Consultant" at tech company & my diploma major is info tech
4. Agreement paper mentioned about compensation as "$16/hour, approximately 32 hours per week"
(but i worked only part time during the semester)
5. It is month-to-month contract
6. I submitted invoice every end of month and got paid from my boss via online transaction
7. I haven't done any tax refund yet

Do you think i can apply any of BC PNP(EE) or EE??

I carried valid off campus working permit&coop visa always.

Are there any disadvantages for re-applying in the future if i got rejected?

Thank you for reading this!and for help! :)

How many hours did your work per week?

I worked 20 hours during the semester, and worked 40 hours during summer vacation ;D

To apply for BC PNP, you need to have a full-time indeterminate (not month-to-month contract) job offer, and your employer also has to file a portion of your application.

But first to qualify for EE, you'll have to have worked at least 1560 hours in total.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but since qualifying for EE means qualifying to a federal immigration program, does this mean OP has to qualify for FSW instead of CEC, since CEC does not count work experience until after graduating? Or is it enough that OP wasn't a full-time student while working part-time to consider CEC work experience?
