I just got a quick question in regards if I would be eligible under this class.
I graduated from a post-secondary institution in Canada and left for 2 years after my graduation. Now I have returned to Canada on an Open Work Permit tagging on my common-law spouse's study permit. If I were to obtained a skilled job for a year under this work permit, will I be eligible for this class of migration?

If your program of study falls under one of the following
- a full-time Canadian post-secondary educational program of at least two years or
- a one-year Master’s program (certificates and diplomas cannot be counted) and an additional year of education, obtained in Canada, before admission into the one-year program (for a total of two years).

Then you should not have any problem provided your obtain eligible work experience.

By the time you get the one year experience you will anyways be eligible because of the proposed changes to the worker stream experience requirement being reduced to one year.
