Am i eligible for PR?

Im currently here in BC on a working visa.

I recently got breathalyzed and blew a WARN. I've read that that means i was between 0.05 - 0.08.

My licence was suspended for 3 days. Didnt have to go to court. Wasn't arrested. Got licence back immediately after 3 days.

Am i still eligible for PR?

i just mean, does this count as a DUI and basically rule me out of even being slightly eligible for PR?

You will have to declare that you got pulled over and was driving under influence. CIC will request more information about the charge from you and they will determine whether you are inadmissible or not
