Am i eligible for PNP and a PR

Please let me know am I correct
1) Register in express entry for FSW
2) Once registration is done go to job bank and link it with EE Registration number
3) If the employers select the resume
4) Go to PNP for the selected Province and wait for the PR.


Please correct me if i am wrong

even i wish to know am i eligable for any pNP program like Saskatchewan or other
