Hi,
I have recently completed 1 year working in Canada residing in Alberta and Manitoba. Now I am in Ontario on Work Permit. I am thinking for my PR to apply shall I go for OOPNP option or direct express entry? Will I be eligible for OOPNP? if yes, how will I get the invitation?

Is your work permit supported by an LMIA? Or are you on an open work permt (PGWP)?

How many points do you have under Express Entry?

I am through Open work permit. I have not given any IELTS test soo do not know the exact points I will be getting.

Since I completed 1 year past month, now I have started thinking around immigration stuffs and looking for corrrect guidance to get to PR.

You should figured out how many points you have under Express Entry and complete the necessary preparatory activities (e.g. take IELTS, get ECA).

Based on the information you have provided, you don't qualify for the Ontario program at this time. They have stopped issuing invitations to all but a small category of applicants. Ontario won't start issuing invitations to all applicants again until much later this year.

is that mean I need to go for express entry directly? How many points minimum do i need to have to get qualified? 375? 400? more than 400?

More than 450.

As of now only those with 450 or more points have been selected.

The answer is "no". You don't have an LMIA.
