Am I eligible for an arranged employment if I have a spousal open work permit?

Hi,

Is there anyone who could tell me if I can get 10 points for Arranged Employment if I have a spousal open work permit?

I've been working with the same employer for 3 years now..He is willing to give me a job offer...I'm not sure if I'm eligible because cic does not mention spousal open work permits as permits with HRSDC exemption, they only mention post-graduate work permits.

No, as you didn't require HRSDC approval to get the work permit.

Hi,

But they note that there are some type of work permit's that have exemption from HRSDC approval (eg post-graduate wp.) which are eligible to apply...This part is not clear for me....Are you 100% sure?
