I believe you may be eligible. If you can add Budgest Estimation for project then that might help.

Thanks laxmikanthms

but rit now my designation is Sr. software Developer, and the job resp: are as same as chandler mentioned above.
am i still eligible?

To my knowledge as per the forum.. the designation doesn't matter only the responsibilities matte.r..

here is the job responsibility requested by CIO for 0213

dude i m still confuse. as per your reply i need to know does they really entertain my Application form because i will write "SR Software developer" in my designation. I am afraid that after posting my form they reject it cause of my written designation. Though i can provide experience letters or refernce letters which are whitens of my managerial tasks which are perform by me in my current job.
kindly help me so that i can initiate my application procedure.

regards

I am also not very sure..I have put my designation as Consultant and roles as required by CIC.

Seniors pls advice.

Regards,
Laxmikanth

Frankly, it depends on the IO but you are not very close to main duties mentioned under 0213. Most of us on forum think that if you mention duties like
Hiring, Budget Management, Appraisal, training recommendation, defining policies, plan and direct any area then you are good to go.

But there have been cases who have been successful w/o some of these duties. See the thread below
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/my-duties-mentioned-for-0213-t32455.0.html

So in a nutshell try to add duties around, policy making, budget, hiring and training recommendation, appraisals etc to be sure but there is a possibility to sail through w/o it also

yeah...I guess the other factors matter as well...like they say in job search, regardless of you are a VP or not there should be a progressive career path in your resume...that network admin dude must be good at that :)

simply the designation of project manager would have solved the issue, but the fact is, I don't have it...because of the career/life choices I made...because I was keen to study and move to the US rather than build my career back in India :)

chalo koi nehi! enjoy while you can :)
