Am I eligible? - 0311 Manager in Health care

Hi

I have run a medical clinic for about a decade, being a full time and part time manager in the past few years. But I am not a medical professional, I have a social science degree. Though i do help in liaison with different parties, patients, finance matters and human resources. Am I eligible to apply through FSW 0311 manager in Health care??

Hi, I am worked as a pharmacy manager and I am also a pharmacist. Do I have to submit ECA from Both WES and Canada board of pharmacy? Please help
