Am I elgible? Please help

Dear friends,

I am still in dialamma whether iam elgible for PR or not..I already paid fee and got file number..recently appeared for ILETS also..

Education - 25 - (Masters degree)
IELTS - 10 - (L6,S6,R6,W7)(2,2,2,4 points for 4 sections)
Experience - 21( i have morethan 4 years)
Age- 10(32 years old)
Adaptability - 4 (Spouse did 16years education)

So total is 70..Pls correct me if iam wrong....Iam safe correct ?

I need help on self declaration form for job duties..anyway i cannot get this from my company..Is it enough to send self declaration form with applicant signature? or any chances to get rejection because of this?

once we get medical, can we assume that our dreams come true or any chances to get declined file at that stage?

It seems we will get medical and pp request at a time? Howlong CIC keep our passport with them? Pls help..

You need the job description and certificate of employment from the employer. This will definitely adversely affect your applicaiton.

As advised by "accounts" in a thread you may try this:

For Emplyment,,, pls keep below things handy
- Appointment Letter, Payslips, Increment Letters, Promotion Letters, Transfer letters, Any thing or certificate of Aparaisal, any extar curricular activities undertaken at employment (like Blood donation, Adult Education programs, participation in Rural Devp Programs, Participation on some Seminaars, Trainings Etc)etc etc.....


Try to maintain good relations with all your previous employers, so that Reference letters can arranged on their Letter HEads with proper Seal & Stamp alongwith the Visiting cards of Employers or Bosses etc.....

In case you cannot arrange the JDs on the Letterheads, Simply make a Affidavit on RS 20 duly notorised that I.......s/o.......r/o......working with..........since.


My Key Responsibilities are as under:

As per Co policy HR cannot provide the detailed Job duties etc etc.... (Write whatever u feel in Affidavit).


Got it stamped from Notary, a special stamp for Embassy & Foreign Missions is there with the Notary, pls do not forget to put that stamp on all docs which are requied to be notorised.

Your points (70) are good. Now you also need to ensure that NOC you are applying falls under 38 occupation list

To prove your NOC you need reference letter from employer telling your designation, duration, salary and job responsibilities.

Job duties are most important to prove because thats the main reason that you qualify for FSW-1. In case you can not get the letter, you can try providing
appointment letter, Salary slips, Org chart, Appraisal letter, training certificates, awards etc along with proof why you did not get your job duties like a denial e-mail from HR. Then add an aaffidavit for your job duties and hopr for best as now it is on IO discretion to accept all this or not
