Don’t know. What is your ECA and IELTs scores? Are you eligible for Express Entry? If so what is your eligibility score and then CRS score? Do you have any family living in a province?
With that score, i don’t think you even have 67 points to be eligible. Not possible unless you get a job offer in your field, and then are eligible for a PNP stream with job offer. the employer would have to prove that no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you are qualified enough. Express Entry draws are over 480. Even for Alberta, you need a minimum of 300 and even then your score and NOC have to be drawn. So no you are not eligible for any PNPs.
