A student in canada and i have been here for 6months. I just had a baby here in Canada. I want to know if its possible to bring over my husband and 2kids (3 and 5 years of age) ma

Yes - your children can apply for a TRV. Your husband can apply either for a TRV or open work permit.

There is no guarantee they will be approved - but you can certainly try.

You'll want to show that you have enough funds available to support a family of 5 in Canada. You'll also want to demonstrate very strong ties to your home country to prove you have no plans on remaining in Canada long term.

That's hard to say. Probably at least another $10K-$20K on top of what's required for your tuition and living expenses.
