Hi

Got my WES evaluation an hour ago. All other things are complete. So ready to enter into the pool. Few questions:

1- In EE profile I have selected that I have "Uncle" in Canada. Can I say that I don't have any uncle. Although I do, do I have to provide his details after ITA. Because I am applying in a simple form with 3 years experience, two bachelor degrees and IELTS other things which make my score 471.

2- In which stream am I currently in. Theere are so many streams and I don't understand any of them. FSW1, FSW2, and others.

3- Does my stream changes if I select that I have uncle in canada?

Please guide me on that so I can submit my profile maximum by tomorrow as everything is ready.

If you have relative in Canada and you don't want to claim any points for it, it is fine to tell them you don't have any relative in Canada.
2- In which stream am I currently in. Theere are so many streams and I don't understand any of them. FSW1, FSW2, and others.
You create your profile in EE, than they will decide which stream/streams you are in. You just enter all the information like education, work experience. fill out all the forms and system will decide
3- Does my stream changes if I select that I have uncle in canada?
No, your stream doesn't change if you select you have uncle in Canada.
But sometimes, some people have lower score and they have a relative in Canada, they add it to claim 15 more points for it in Express Entry.

Please guide me on that so I can submit my profile maximum by tomorrow as everything is ready.
Don't be in a hurry for now, the last draw happened couple of days ago, take 2-3 days, go through all the information you have provided in the EE profile and than submit it. Next draw will happen at least after a week

The above is not true. You just get 5 points in FSW factors for having a relative in Canada. 15 points are not given yet. There will be a change in the system from June 6 where you will get 15 points for a sibling in Canada.

Please guide me on that so I can submit my profile maximum by tomorrow as everything is ready.

You can remove your uncle but make sure you still have 67/100 in FSW points. Mention in LOE the reason for removing your uncle from application.

2- In which stream am I currently in. Theere are so many streams and I don't understand any of them. FSW1, FSW2, and others. There are 3 streams in EE. CEC, FSWP and FSTP. Most probably you will be FSW.

3- Does my stream changes if I select that I have uncle in canada? No it won't.

Please guide me on that so I can submit my profile maximum by tomorrow as everything is ready.
