Almost 4 months still no update

Hi,
I am Kamran.I have submitted my files for Canada study permit in !5th January 2019 for May session.But unfortunately I have recived no result.My online status is saying that my files are still in secondary clearance.So what should I gonna do now?
Is there any possibility of getting visa?
Please help

You can send a webform that's about it.
You have been chosen for extra checks for whatever reason, if there is no issue you can still get visa like everyone else but it can take some time.
