Allowed to work after new rules

Hey I started my course from jan and its getting over on aug 10.
1jan - August
And I am taking new course in next jan which makes 4 month gap between these two courses. So will be allowed to work in this gap according to new rules ?
My college is saying that if i enroll for jan now and pay my first semester fee then i will be able to work full tym in gap. Is it right ?
And my second question is that -
Can i work until i get my transcript ?
My exams are getting over on 10th August and i will get my transcript on 25 August so between 10 and 25. Can i work full time ? Please help me out somebody

No, you are not allowed to work in the time between two different courses. It is not a scheduled break and any work done then would be illegal.

No, you are not allowed to work at all after you have finished your studies.

Also note that your study permit will be automatically invalid 90 days after you finish your first course.

I talked to my college immigration department and they told me that if i pay my first semester fee then i will be enrolled for course and when immigration department call them then they would say to them that it's volunteery off. Is it fine to work or not ? And my study permit will expire in march 2018 will there be any effect on that as well ?

No - it's not fine to work during a voluntary break. Working during a voluntary break is illegal and a violation of your study permit. You can only work during a scheduled break.
