My four months bank statement will be completed on 7th june, and after that there is weekend,so I cant apply before.

4 months is not a must time for the bank statement. you can apply by the start of june. A week will not make any difference. At the end its you who have to decide.

but why give any chance to VO, my classes will start on 5 sep and last date to enrol is sep19,and i think 2.5 months will be enough,bcs I have seen last years application time line on this forum and mostly people applying for may intake gets late but after may CHC ISL picks the speed,,so hope for the best, and inshAllah every thing will go f9

If you have enough time on your hands than you can wait for the bank statement and apply as you have decided. Otherwise, its not much of a problem if your academic credentials are really strong.
