Hi Fazeel,

You did a Superb Job....... here is my story

you can see my time line i wana appeal for my case.....

Please someone guide me... i get 2 know my file is closed from ma consultant and they are not providing us wth the letter CHC send.... I want to know the matter and want to appeal 2 reopen the file please guide me how much time it requires??? Please someone help me.. I need ur help.. My all documents were clear these consultant head office in INDIA and they are saying internally we are deciding is this case for reapply or not thhey are delaying our time i feel?? please guide me how can i re appeal after knowing what are the lacking and i need to know the lacking first and then appeal?? is there any certain time period required for it???

First tell me why did you hire consultant in india? are you from pakistan? how did you know that your files is closed? you mean that your file is closed at CIC office? did you received refusal letter from CIC?

Hi Fazeel,

I am living in dubai and I hired a Consultant in dubai there head office is in India and mostly Consultants here are Indian.. This is what the problem is they have their Internal Discussions and they are not giving me the letter yet..... I myself cal india as their Branch office here in shaj was not aware of anything i was after them and get to know our file is closed!!!

If agent is giving you problem. You can cut them off, by sending a form to Visa Office. And you will be in contact yourself. There was a thread earlier here on the forum, that was discussing such an issue.
