All papers are complete, whats next? sponsor spouse , pls help

Hi,

We already compelte are papers 3months ago and now we dont know how to go about sending payment and the payment fee that is required. We cant seem to find it on the website. Is it gonna be one time payment for everything. Please help us , i want my wife in canada. Btw the forms are dated july will send it this nov is gonna be a big deal if the date is pretty late.

You should probably post in the Family Sponsorship section.

If you are only sponsoring your spouse, it will be 1040$ total (sponsorship fee, principal applicant fee, and right of permanent residence). You can pay the RPRF later if you want.

Check all the forms again as some have been updated. The police clearance certificates cannot be more than 3 months old at the time of submission, so you will probably have to do those again.

ALL the information how to apply, how to pay fee etc can be found at
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-how.asp

You cannot send outdated/old forms. must be the latest forms available on cic website otherwise your application package will be returned back and it will result in a delay.
sometimes the forms look similar with no change if visually compared with the old ones BUT every form has a date code printed at the bottom of the page. if it doesn't match with what cic is accepting on the day you submit your application, cic will return your whole package.
