Step by step procedure needed for Canadian immigration

Plz could u inform me a step by step procedure for canadian immigration as i did my masters degree from london but iam in hyderabad right now..... i know that from jan 2013 new applications will be accepted.

But can you plz guide me wht documents i have to prepare before dropping the application.

Can anyone help me in points calculation for SWP jan 2013

hello guys

can any one tell me, is B.Tech (4 years engineering) from hyderabad will get 23 points in new rules jan 2013.

How about work experience, do they ask for any genuine experience letters or pay slips? or dummy experience from completion of degree till applying date will work?

Plz guide me i know its bit open........ but need assistance

U get 25 points for ur eductaion, for now wait for the new NOC list, if ur profession is listed and u have atleast one year of full time exp u shall be eligible to apply. I suggest u wait for the new instructions before you make a final assessment.

Could u also tell me is fswp suitable for my case as I did masters from uk or do I hav to apply as a PNP if so which province is best for electrical building services engineers? Will I be assessed with point based system as CIC does, if I apply from any province.
