Dear brothers and sisters
Since march 2010 my e-cas has reflected as "In process". Till today no positive outcome regarding medical or anything.
I have no idea what is going on specially about NOC 4131. Is there anything wrong about e-cas?
In that situation we should share each others opinions and observation.

Pls share your comments and observation

The delay seems Quite unusual.
No one can assume the cause for this delay. May be the quota has been reached, may be your case might have gone to a senior's table where his decision would be final and no one got the gut to ask him about this file's progress. OR, this is a deliberate delay causing by the dealing VO.

Only God can help now !

Mine one in process from Feb 26.... 2010..................... still no MR... May be we are unlucky of being missed out from the annual quota for 2010.... Fast track is often now exceeding even 12 months to complete (processing time) at CHC..............
Only mates in same boat can understand what we have been going through!! So lets keep this thread going...... at least to drop some word of exchange to cheer each other!!

You did completed your Interview last July still there is nothing about medical.
I think 4131 is very unlucky number and may be there will be big disappointment waiting for all of us specially those are facing big delays.
In my case i already passed1.5 years although its all about Fast track system.
Why they are so slow?
Why they did not take any decisions yes or no ?
May be They are not conscious about back loggers (4131).
How many days we would silent about our POF without any further profitable investment.
They have no intention to reply anything regarding the delays.
I thing it should be focused on Canadian newspapers for whom those are already passed 6 - 12 months in fast track system without any decisions

From DECEMBER 2010 to JANUARY 05 2011 there will be no activity in CIC because of X-Mas Holiday.
I did experience it on last DEC 2009.

yes this might be true. i am waiting for medical since jan,2010. cic will start work from feb,2011.

I guess you can invest your money somewhere else where the transfered money will not result in deduction.
if the VO asks for the PoF with/after the medical, show the proof that it has been transfered elsewhere for investment and the amount of money has not gone down. This should be fine. If I am not wrong, then there is no official obligation set by CIC to keep your money at the same place where it was shown at first.
