You are eligible through Express Entry so look to see if your NOC is on the list. Alberta is not conducting EE draws right now as the focus is on the AOS stream and they don’t publicize scores. Read through the AINP EE program.

Maybe as there are three criteria (study in Alberta, work in Alberta and family) where you have more of a chance. Alberta is only focusing on the first two right now.
