Alberta pnp declined due to Flooding rules

Hi guys,
I received my PNP file decision today and I was declined visa as I needed 1 month more but they didn't consider my 2 months where Fort McMurray was in flood and government instruction was not it trav to your work or business.
Any advise would be really appreciated.

No I wasn't as I work for retail shop and they were closed

I'm not sure there is anything you can do in that case.

I think your best next step is to consult with a good immigration lawyer to determine if there are grounds to appeal the decision.
