I am sponsoring my husband who is already living in Canada (on a student visa) and instead of hiring a lawyer we filled out the documents ourselves. As I understand, we have to send the documents to Alberta (in-land sponsorship) but on the document check list form for spouse living in Canada, it says to send to Mississauga, Ontario.
Which address do I send everything to?
Also, my husband's visa expires at the end of August 2014, will there be any problems if we send the documents immediately?
