Alberta Express Entry with Family Connection and in-demand occupation but occupation is Teer 4

I am planning to apply under Alberta Express Entry Stream under Family Connection and In-Demand Occupation. My NOC is 6552 - Other Customer and Information Services Representatives, which is included in the in-demand occupation forecast of Alberta. My question is if ever I get PNP Nomination, am I eligible to apply thru Express Entry considering it’s a TEER 4 occupation?

No. You are not eligible for Express Entry so you will not get nominated through AINP unless you are working in the province and can apply under AOS stream. To select Alberta, you first need an EE profile with TEER 0-3 work experience.
