AIPP Designated Employers is not responded.

I was applied AIPP Designated employers but no respond from employers. How can I reach for the job.
Please guide me.

You don’t have work authorization so you will get few responses. Designated employers still need to show they couldn’t hire a Canadian or PR. Do you have a specialized NOC that is in high demand?
