I am an graduate from NSCC I got aip job. do my employer need to post the job to show that he cannot find someone locally. Or is it just for foreign workers.

Post under PNP section with province and NOC code. Also tell employer to read the AIP employer site.

Yes he is designated but he did not needed a candidate earlier. This is his first time, plus he is very old.
I am asking this to speed up my process. He already filled the form and got me the settlement plan. But We realized that he forgot to post. Now do we need to do all that again? I need some guidance on this.

Read the guidelines and if employer needs clarification provincial office. Not sure if needs to post if still designated and for the NOC you are working for. May depend on NOC too.

Your processing will not be expedited because your employer is old.
