AINP/PNP December and January applicants waiting for Sydney CIO to respond

What is the status for those who applied between December and January to the Sydney CIO office in Nova Scotia? Has anyone received an AOR yet? What is next? Is AOR sent electronically? Is this new step making things faster or slower?
