Hello Everyone,

I am an international graduate on PGWP .I have moved to Edmonton recently from Toronto and have secured a full time permanent job in NOC B 2282.I have a small question whwther i am eligible to apply now as my current job offer has a 6 months probationary period . Is it better to apply now or after 6 mnths ..Please do help me out ..Thanks in advance

As ssoon as you complate 6 months apply doesnt matter if you on probestion or not. I was in same situation like you. I applyed just after i compalted my 6 months.

have you complated your 6 months? if yes do apply. and you can apply only under Employer Driven Stream since you graduate from Toronto

Nop..I just got the offer letter today...I m afraid if the rules get changed after 6 mnths..What i was planning was to apply for AINP..Let the file be on hold at AINP office so that I wont be affected if any rules gets changed...

Can i do this way

No i dont think you can do that. You can apply after 6 months. You have to complate your 6 months. Dont worry i dont think Employer drivern stream will change. Good luck

Hi,

If you say its full time and permanent job, How its possible for probationary period. I think the requirement is only full time and permanent..

when you finished probationary period then you become permanent rgt??

from my opinion if its full time and permanent job, you can apply now.. You can call to the AINP call center and ask them.
