I have applied for AINP in April 2010. This week I received an email saying that it is in the final stage and need updated documents. My H1-B has expired and I am out of USA. Is there any scope that I may qualify for the final stage.
Please suggest me if there is another way to handle this situation.
Any suggestion at the earliest would be much appreciated.
