AINP+ CEC

Hello, I received Alberta Nomination and I have been working for Calgary for more than 1 year. I am under CEC EE express entry also. I submitted my EE on Oct 4 and received AOR on the same day.
I am wondering if there is a difference between regular EE and AINP+EE, are they having same processing time?
Please join if you have the same situation.

Albera EE AOR 7 Oct. MEP Passed, Criminality passed, Eligibility recommended passed, BGC in progress.

They are the same. CIC still checking everything again. AOR: Aug 24. My application got approved on Nov. 7 and waiting for the interviewing letter

Called CIC Last week :- Medical - Passed,Criminality / Eligibility are in process, Security not yet Started
