Dear Gurus and friends,
Am confused about the deley in the AINP stream and not sure if they have decided to process cases only for those that got job offers

Visa Office......: Buffalo, NY
NOC Code......: 2171
Job Offer........: No
App. Filed.......: April-2009
Nomination Approved.....: May 10 -2010
Docs submitted to Buffalo : Sep 2010

No medical request received. No response received from visa office

Is there a way to check the status of my case????

Be patient and look for the AINP June and July applicants still waiting for medical requests.
You might will hear any time by March.
