Ainp application express post

Hi all
I have mailed my ainp application package to ainp address in edmonton with express post...but when i check status of package it has been saying out for delivery from feb 5th..does this mean my package has reached to ainp drop box or something else????
Has Anyone experienced this before??

It happened to me when I sent my application to CIO - NS infact I've received my file number already and my letter is still IN TRANSIT in the Canada Post website.
