If his duties match the NOC, and your husband’s employer meets criteria then he is eligible. Geotechnical engineering is a discipline of civil engineering.

Confused about what? Who should speed up the process? If your spouse and employer meet eligibly criteria then apply. If all documentation is in order then apply.

Actually!! He was hired as a civil engineering and technologist, then his employer tranferred him as geotechnical engineer in training, his apega is under process!!! We preciously made our express entry profile as noc 2231( civil engineering and technologists) now we have to update our noc and apply under noc 2131!! Thats y we got confused are we even eligible or not!!!

Did you look at the AINP website? The requirements for your spouse is the list of eligible occupations. The employer requirement is the NAICS codes. His employer must offer full time employment with a wage that meets the median or more for that NOC.

Is there any minimum salary criteria for current job in home country? I started working in 01, 2014 to 06, 2015 as web developer than changed my profile to other from 07, 2015 to 11,2017, after that i worked as freelancer web developer than again in Sep, 2018 i am working as web developer till now in IT company. Is my salary less? will it cause any issue? Also I will be using my current job experience from 2019 to till now as my previous emplyers are not in my contact. will it be fine?

Should not be an issue. As long as you have employment letters with roles/responsibilities, salary, time worked and signed, you should be fine. You want your LMIA job offer to meet or exceed median wage for region.

Thanks for reply, My company is visible on internet with website mentioning my name and position on Our Team page on the website. I am receiving salary in account. My employer is providing me documents like experience letter/reference letter, job offer letter etc that you have mentioned. But the thing since covid I am working from Home full time and our company has closed their physical office to cut down the costs. will it cause any issue? Does CIC do the physical check on the employer office and I do not know about the registration level of my company. Do they can aslo ask company registration documents from the employer. PS: I am getting salary into my account from company's current account that reflects name of company in my bank statement.
I am also attaching1 year bank statement with my application. I would appreciate if you could help me in this regard.
Thanks

Many people now work from home with no physical office space. So not an issue. VO can call your signed contact and ask questions about your responsibilities.
