I have completed MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Manchester, UK and more than 20 years of experience in HR. I came to know that HR job is currently high demanding category. However I am 59 years old. Is there any visa scheme suitable for me including work in any remote state too

The honest truth is that it's going to be extremely difficult due to your age. Most likely not possible to get PR.

Have you already secured a job offer with an employer in Canada and has your employer obtained an approved LMIA so that you can qualify for a work permit?

I am 39 and have an MBA, my wife is 38 and is an SAP consultant in South Africa. We recently got oiur Express Entry profile with the IRCC. Our CRS is lower than the last draw, we need to get jobs or PNP. Any advice or assistance?

You need to increase your scores and/or secure jobs in Canada.

If you want to try to secure jobs, then you'll need to apply for jobs through sites like indeed, linkedin and job bank.

Other ways to increase your score include ensuring you have maxed out your IELTS score and learning French.

Have you been living and working in the UK since then? If not moving to Canada at 59 would likely be a bad idea. It would be very difficult to secure a job in Canada at 59 and you would not qualify for much retirement money in Canada (actually no money for 10 years).
