Hi,

I'd like to know if anyone could advise if there is an age limit or any restrictions on obtaining a study visa for international students based on the age criteria. I am 46 years old and completed my BE in 1997. I have located some universities and colleges that have courses that i will like to enroll for.
However some consultants are of the opinion that there is no point in trying as the study visa application will get rejected due to age. Any different opinions?

Regards,

with ur age it will be hard to convince the visa officer,
but it still depend how you are able to convince the visa officer with ur sop
if you are currently working and have enough home tie and properties or u own ur own
company its still doable..
but ur chances are slim, very slim
but nothing is impossible.

Technically there's no age limit. But I agree with the poster above, you may have a harder time convincing CIC that you are a genuine student.
