Age Limit for Education

Hi All
My brother has completed mechanical engineering from Mumbai University in 2011. He wants to do the MS in mechanical engineering. He has a working experience of 6 years and for 4 years he was unemployed.
Will he be able to get the admission? And how do we give the explanation for those 4 years?

Age is not a factor.

He should research universities that offer the course he wants and then apply to as many as he can. He should provide an explanation of what he was engaged in doing (volunteering, helping family, taking care of aged parents etc) in the 4 years he was unemployed.
