I unaccompanied my husband as his IELTS score got expired and I was claiming points for it, but due to COVID we were not getting dates for the exam, I received ITA as a single applicant and awaiting my spouse’s result, if I accompany him now, is my age going to be recalculated again?? (I have read on the IRCC portal about the frozen age at ITA, but what will it be in the case of transition of unaccompany to accompany spouse) I received ita on 2nd September and on 30th September I touched 30.
Kindly guide how to move further.

The rest of the score I have checked on the IRCC website calculator and after adding my husband we get 1 point more then the cut off, I am just worried about the age calculation.

If you lost points between ITA and AOR (application submission) due to age, you will be exempted from that and will face no issues.

Irrespective of adding spouse, right ??
Irrespective of adding spouse. But remember when you change spouse from un-accompanying to accompanying, you lose points on age, education, etc.. unless the spouse makes up for that. Check the link for CRS points with spouse accompanying and not

Thank you so much for clearing the confusion, have checked the link and my spouse ECA and IELTs would cover up the lost point. I hope so!!
