Age factor for Express entry 47 and 37 also min IELTS scores

I'm 47 and my wife 37 and we have a 1-year-old child. We are both B.Tech in Mech and computer science. I have 2 kids in my 1st marriage 14 and 15 years of age. I need help in starting the procedure.

After receiving the Invitation to apply:-

All employment documents, including offer letters, re-leaving letters, bank statements, salary slips, and recommendation letters if any.

Medical for all accompanying family members.

Police clearance certificate

Proof of Funds

All passport full pages scan copies

Details of any prior refusal

If a stay is more than 180 days in any other country than citizenship, need to obtain a Police clearance certificate from that country

10th onwards education documents

Birth certificates
