The following position(s) have been approved by the SINP for international
recruitment

a. Job Title: ...............

When you have identified candidates for the approved vacancies you must complete the
Candidates section in your on-line account. This will generate a new confirmation
letter that must accompany the candidates SINP application.

My Friend,
If you can answer my question then you can see you answered yours!

Are you a Canadian citizen?

If YES, then why you are trying to apply in SINP for getting permanent resident?
If NO, then you are not Canadian and you are a foreign person and you are inside Canada with your temporary visa. I mean you are an international worker inside Canada! A Canadian employer is offering you a job and you as a foreigner (International) worker are trying to get that job.

I think it is clear. Don't hesitate and go ahead. ;)

If you think it is not clear, simply contact SINP by phone and ask them about your situation. They will help you. ;)
