I hv two imp querries ; I am skill worker- a professional".
1- after receiving the acceptance letter of initial application , we hv 120 days to submit full doc- before submitting full doc's DO v hv 2
INTIMATE CIO " that we r submitting the full documents . or just submitt them ???????????
2- I did 3 jobs. officials from my last 2 jobs are not giving me the job duties/responsibilities- though i have contracts plus reference letters what should i do ?

after elligibility confirmation at CIO, send all docs togather (as recommended by VO) at Visa office.
n you have to provide orginal docs for wrok exp..

Just Submit the docs to VISA office (CHC), instructions are mentioned in AOR that u get from CIO

If you do not have roles and responsibilities, that may be a problem.
1.) Convince your company to provide you the same
2.) If you can not submit reference letter with job duties, submit all the employment related docs like emplyment contract, confirmation, promotion, training certificates, salary slips, experience letter and an affidavit declaring your job duties and then hope that VO will be convinced. In absence of docs it is upto VO discretion

how come ? it is understand that every employee work under responsibilities and diuties. i m a geophysicist. my duties were what every Geophysicist haves. i worked 10 yrs in one organisation than 2 yrs in other and finally one year in yhe 3rd organisation.
